Job Description
- Perform general/urgent repairs and maintenance to equipment & machine when required from customer.
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot the machine during a breakdown and recommend a solution.
- Must be familiar with the mechanical parts of the heavy machinery and some basic knowledge in ventilation fan system.
- Able to identify the failed components and order new spare parts.
- Assist Supervisor/Foreman in all service work and write service report as and when required.
- Assist Supervisor/Foreman in all rental work and write Delivery order, Return note, Replacement note as and when required.
- Assist Supervisor/Foreman in delivery/return machine from customer site to warehouse by operate forklift and other vehicle.
- Ensure that all workshop tools and equipment are well stocked and maintained.
- In-charge of store, manage material movement (incoming and outgoing), update and maintain stock records and filling.
- Perform weekly, monthly and yearly stock check physically.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by higher management.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma/Degree or others
