Job Description
Job purposes:
- To build customer relationships and attracting new customers to use Carlist.my.
- To promote Carlist.my to potential customers and enable adaptation.
- To promote monetize products and upsell upcoming enhancements.
Key accountabilities:
- Engage all dealers in assigned areas given by the HoD.
- To sell monetize product and other enhancement products.
- Train and guide dealers on how to use the product.
- Build, revive, acquire, manage customer account (Dealership, Sales Agent and Broker).
- Dealership engagement on number of bids action for CarlistBid (Auction).
- Furnish daily activity report inclusive of closed won/ lost by territory and accounts.
- Spend plan proposal based on daily and weekly (Credits usage).
- Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned.
- Liaise with internal team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ad-hoc tasks when required.
Who are we looking for?
- Possess a minimum school certificate (SPM or equivalent )
- Relevant work experience in outdoor sales
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office)
- Required language(s): English (internal communication), Cantonese, Mandarin or other dialects (for communicating with client base),
- Good time management.
- Possess own car and driving license for regular client visits and travelling.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and weekends when required.
