Job Description
- Responsible for QMS activity & compliance work in Production Drug Product
- Resposible for handling of investigation, deviations, change control, CAPA, OOS, OOT and market complaints in coordination with cross functional department
- Resposible in handling quality documentation of PDP (Production & Packing) related activity like qualification support, protocol, SOP, format, annexure preparation and revision
- Responsible to ensure personal record, training record etc is up to date and active participation in site programme
- Responsible for initiation and approval of documentation activity prior execution of QMS actvity
- Supporting for internal audit in coordination with the production, packing team and cross functional team also providing the compliance response action based on audit observation
- Assist in preparation for external audit and involve in response related action items
