Job Description
- Manage the development and implementation of the full spectrum of HR Systems including policies, procedures, processes and ensuring legal compliance at all times.
- Implement effective and timely staff recruitment across the organisation.
- Ensure effective implementation of the organisation’s performance management and staff benefits.
- Ensure effective implementation of the organisation’s training and development programme.
- Ensure maintenance and validity of employee documents (e.g, passport , employment permit, insurance) and records following the organisations requirements.
- Manage all disciplinary and grievance issue in adherence to relevant Government requirements.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates and to make all necessary co-ordination with employee.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
