Job Description

You will play an important role in:
- Process monthly payroll including salary, overtime, allowance, reimbursement
- Maintain staff leave, medical & attendance/absenteeism record
- Preparation of letter such as employment offers, confirmation, resignation, memo
- Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities including posting of vacancies, screening and interviewing suitable candidates for specific job levels
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relation matters such as employee disciplinary actions, misconduct, retention, performance
- Facilitate the performance management process to ensure all employees are assessed on time and with maximum objectivity
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
- Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking co-workers
- Able to handle multi tasking and work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in Employment & Industrial Act
