Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Assess and submit monthly reports on scrap collection / raw material /reject material declarations to local regulation;
- Manage and liaise with Malaysian Customs for import and export compliance
- Manage and liaise with Malaysian Immigration for application and renewal of foreign labour / expats / social pass workers;
- Manage and liaise with SCM & Logistics Department on shipping and logistic needs;
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to Legal Department as necessary;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Legal Counsel
Requirement
- LMW work experience or training in related field or manufacturing industry highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree/Diploma in Law, Contract Administration, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related industry, especially pertaining to LMW/customs matters
- Ability to liaise professionally with government officials especially Customs Department
- Able to travel in order to liaise with govt officials on weekly basis
- Fresh graduates keen to learning LMW/Export/Import matters in manufacturing industry are welcome to apply
