Job Description
- To guide and monitor juniors in carrying out various tasks, including preparation of financial statements.
- To be able to prepare (senior) / review (supervisor) company and group financial statements which are in compliance with IFRS.
- To liase with directors to report on group's work status and progress (Supervisor).
- To highlight, report and discuss issues with directors.
- To be able to manage a group of 5 - 10 junior members (Supervisor).
Requirements:
- Must have sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Qualified or partly qualified in professional accounting bodies (ACCA, CPA and other relevant bodies) if further studies were undertaken. If none but have interest in pursuing professional qualifications, can notify the management of your interest.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- At least 3 years audit experience is required for the position.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and have positive attitude at work.
- Candidates with own transport is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
- Prefer candidates that can start work immediately or with short notice.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
